Helen brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive and lifelong boutique experience to The Little Boutique. Before returning to her roots in fashion, she spent over 12 years building and running a successful telecoms business across Leeds and Nottingham — a role that sharpened her leadership, customer‑focused mindset, and ability to grow a business from the ground up.

But fashion has always been home.

Raised in the boutique world, Helen grew up surrounded by clothing, styling, and the joy of helping women feel their best. Stepping back into the industry felt natural — almost inevitable. Her love for beautiful pieces, her instinct for what customers will adore, and her warm, welcoming approach shape the heart of The Little Boutique.

Helen brings a refined eye for style, a passion for helping women feel confident, and the business expertise that keeps the boutique evolving. Whether she’s selecting new arrivals, styling customers, or shaping the direction of the brand, Helen’s influence is felt in every detail.

Lara Clark — Co-Founder Of Home Interiors by Little Lifestyle

Working alongside Helen, Lara brings a calm, considered aesthetic to the interiors side of The Little Boutique. With a creative eye and a genuine love for creating beautiful spaces, she carefully selects each piece with the feeling of home in mind. She’s naturally drawn to soft, neutral tones, timeless shapes, and subtle details that bring warmth and balance to a room.

From vases and faux stems to wall art and decorative accents, every item is chosen with intention — imagining where it might sit, how it will be used, and the sense of comfort it will bring to someone’s home.

Styling comes instinctively to Lara. Whether she’s arranging a shelf, dressing a console table, or refreshing a corner of the boutique, she creates spaces that feel effortless, inviting, and thoughtfully put together.

Lara also offers interior styling advice and consultancy for those who want a little extra help bringing their space together. Whether you’re refreshing a single room, styling a new home, or simply unsure how to make your interiors feel finished, I work with you to create spaces that are calm, considered, and effortlessly liveable.

My approach is relaxed and personal, with a strong focus on thoughtful colour palettes, natural textures, timeless pieces, and interiors that reflect how you actually live. From layout guidance and styling direction to sourcing the right finishing touches, I offer clear, design-led support to help your space feel cohesive — without the process ever feeling overwhelming.

Aside from Helen and Lara, our in‑store experience is shaped by three wonderful women — Sara, Sally and Sue. They’re the warm hellos, the honest opinions, the outfit‑building experts, and the friendly ears who make our boutique feel like a little community.

Sara

With her radiant smile and calm, grounded presence, Sara brings a lovely sense of ease to the boutique. She’s great with customers — offering thoughtful advice, helping you find the perfect outfit or accessory, and giving you the space to browse without ever feeling rushed.

She’s also our longest‑serving, faithful team member, having seen The Little Boutique grow, evolve, and transform over the years into the beautiful space it is today. She’s been part of every chapter, every refresh, every new idea — and her loyalty and steady presence mean so much to us.

Each of our team has their strengths, and Sara is very much 'the organised one'. She quietly keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. When new collections arrive, she’s the steady pair of hands — unpacking, sorting, steaming, and preparing every piece so it can take pride of place on the shop floor. She brings order, calm, and a sense of “we’ve got this” to even the busiest days.

And of course, we can’t forget our resident shop pooches. Sara occasionally brings in Dave & Gary, her little Hungarian Pulis, who are often (and hilariously) mistaken for a shop rug. Customers regularly ask, “Where are the dogs today?” Dave is getting older now and prefers a cosy day at home with his dad, but Gary still pops in for the occasional guest appearance — much to everyone’s delight.

Steady and dependable, Sara is a huge part of what makes The Little Boutique feel like home.

Sally

Thoughtful, stylish, and always ready with a smile, Sally has a natural talent for putting outfits together that give you instant confidence and feel amazing. And beyond the styling, Sally is our unofficial agony aunt. She’s always there with a listening ear, a reassuring word, or a moment of calm when you need it most. Whether you’re sharing a story, a worry, or just your day, she has a way of making you feel heard and uplifted.

She’s also very much the face of The Little Boutique — you’ll often see her modelling our latest collections on social media, showing how pieces look and move in real life. Thanks to her regular appearances online, she’s become something of a local celebrity. It’s not unusual for her to be stopped while out and about with a friendly, “Do I know you?”

Sally brings warmth, joy, and effortless style to the boutique. She’s one of the reasons customers feel so at home — and why they leave feeling a little lighter than when they arrived.

Sue

Sue is our little bundle of joy. She has a natural talent for putting outfits together that make you feel like you — but she’s never afraid to gently nudge you into trying something new. Whether you’re dressing for a special occasion or refreshing your everyday wardrobe, she instinctively knows what will suit you. From offering honest advice to sharing a laugh or simply brightening your day with her warmth, Sue makes every visit feel that little bit lighter and lovelier.

She’s also always immaculate, arriving each day perfectly put together with a look that’s stylish, polished, and unmistakably “her.” She keeps a close eye on the latest trends and loves discovering new pieces — which makes her a self‑confessed shopaholic and, quite honestly, in her perfect job.
